As the Omnilux LED Influencer Marketing & Brand Ambassador, I have scaled our influencer marketing & brand ambassador program from under 10 creators to a creator community of over 1k, and an affiliate community of over 500 active ambassadors with a 2m revenue on affiliate link usage, and a 1.5-6x ROAS on all paid partnerships.

In my current role, I manage a portfolio of 60+ gifted/ and or paid influencer partnerships per month on going, and over 400+ affiliates for the brand. My paid media (whitelisted) influencer partners bring in 1.5 - 6x ROAS on a first click, first touch performance measurement (we have a 1 year sales cycle, so this is an amazing ROI for first click) on all paid campaigns, which I script, and my affiliate community brings in around $2m annually. I work with creators, influencers and UGC creators that range from 1k-1mil+ followers creating content in categories such as skincare, esthetic medicine, health & wellness, lifestyle, mommy bloggers, hair + makeup, fitness, etc to A-list celebrities, dermatologists, makeup artists, estheticians, and MDs with very targeted followers in the medical grade skincare space.

We are a small company, so I have managed the influencer marketing and brand ambassador program all on my own. I wear every hat imaginable when it comes to our influencer and affiliate programs. I manage everything from influencer/creator sourcing, onboarding creators into specific campaigns, creating branded content briefs per influencer and campaign/ scripting on average 10 scripts per week for our paid partners, negotiating rates/usage rights, obtaining spark codes and whitelisting access, writing up contracts, reporting on performance metrics (views, clicks, conversions, engagement, etc) and manage all brand to creator relationships from campaign start to finish. I have formed incredible relationships with many creators/ ambassadors / influencer agencies, and absolutely love the relationship aspect of this job, almost as much as the campaign successes I get to proudly report on! I also launched Omnilux’s brand ambassador community, managing 400+ affiliates, activating their discount codes, tracking and paying out their commissions, and encouraging them to continue to post about the brand by incentivizing them with additional commission % during key brand moments, contests, etc. In addition, I created all of the in-house branded content for Omnilux’s TikTok and YTS account. I have tripled Omnilux’s TikTok follower count, doubled their engagement rate, 10x their engagement rate on YTS, and the creative ads I have produced for the brand are our top 3 ads quarter over quarter in terms of CTR, thumbstop rate and ROAS.
